How criminals invaded our community transformer

First of all each community in our country is entitled to have a transformer which is the one thing that gives the entire community electricity 🔌

And the transformer is always a gift given to us by the government since it is a very expensive machine that is not always easy for a common business man no matter how rich to be able to afford, and the machine serves the duty of receiving electric current from the federal high tension wires and then circulate them in a normal voltage ⚡ to the entire community

So the situation were by people out of nowhere comes and vandalized the property and steal what so ever the want from it for the purpose of selling them to make money has left our community in total darkness.

It all happened yesterday since the community transformer is located at the village square but to our greatest surprised we all happened to see the transformer the way it is from the above pictures.

And some of the things reported to be stolen from the transformer are electric cables worth millions of naira as well as transformer oil which is on the other hand very expensive.

And in the above picture you can see some of the wires hanging out loose without being connected to anything and also below are some of the other pictures I took.

The vandalizers has left our community in total darkness and as reported by most people from other community when their own transformer were vandalized according to them it lasted more than 7 months before the government came to their aid

Still it is the same government filled of greedy politicians that means that our community will also be in total darkness without electricity for only God knows how long

And now coupled with the high cost of fuel which is currently selling at the cost of 610 naira which is equivalent to 4.95 steem how would people like us even get to charge our phone on a daily basis so as to be able to meet up with our blogging career.

This will be the end of my entry and my only prayer is that our community security should catch those criminals and bring them to justice.
