Company culture can simply be defined as both written and unwritten workplace believes, rules, attitude and standards in which the people of an organisation must follow and act according to.

Company culture are very important policy that is being set up in an organisation, company or any business, because it helps in the organising of the employees behaviour
It is very much important for businesses because it serves as guidelines which houses the code of conduct of every business or organisation and it is also important because it helps in promoting orderliness in every business for example the mode of dressing by staff members and the manner of attending to customers

A good company culture can pretty much help contribute to employees engagement and motivation which i will explain below 👇
A good company culture helps provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the employees which will in turn make them to feel comfortable thus encourages them more to be serious with their work
Also a good company culture helps to give the employees a chance to be heard as their opinions are highly welcome and their decision are also respected thus making them to feel valued as this will encourage them to work hard for the success of the business
It also discourage diversity amongst employees as it promotes equality amongst workers, which means that there is no VIP employee as everyone is equal and paid according to their level of qualifications
With all this you can clearly see that a good company culture helps in encouraging the employees to work hard as it serves as a boost which motivates the employees
